Welcome to our Technical Support Request Page. To submit a new issue, please use the same email address that
you used when you made your purchase. In the form on the next page, please make sure you give us all the
information we need so we can best help you. Please submit a request for each issue only once. If all the
information is complete and you are eligible for support, we will reply to your request in the order it was
received.
Before requesting support, please make sure you have followed the instructions in the documentation and that you have read our release notes. The solutions to most problems are contained in these
resources. If you are using a speech recognition product, please make sure you have setup and trained the
speech engine according to the instructions, and that your microphone is configured correctly.
